Thank you for your interest in 21 CrossFit. We take our athletes’ training seriously. We have lots of fun too. It’s a balance. Part of that balance is making sure people that want to join our gym are incorporated into our program in a timely, effective, and safe manner.
All new members are trained in the fundamental movements required to succeed within our program. All of our CrossFit classes are led by certified CrossFit Level 1 instructors. Every class will consist of a warm-up, workout explanation, demonstration, practice, and workout. Our classes are small in size, which allows you to receive the highest quality instruction and individual attention.
At 21 CrossFit we have a daily WOD (workout of the day). In true CrossFit fashion, our workouts are short and intense. We repeat workouts from time to time.
All of our workouts are written to be challenging even for the fit. At the same time they are able to be scaled to fit the capabilities of the beginner.
We train to get stronger and fitter. Most of our workouts have a strength portion, as well as a metabolic conditioning segment. Read our page Real Fitness to get a better idea of what we’re after.
