At 21 CrossFit, we are having fun getting in shape, staying in shape, and accomplishing new things. Our approach to fitness is that you get what you put in. We do CrossFit. We run, jump, lift, push, pull, squat, row, etc… You will push yourself as much as you want. The small group setting is full of encouragement, camaraderie, and friendly competition. We instruct the proper way to perform exercises, ensuring you get the most out of your efforts at the gym. Workouts are prescribed, scaled, and coached.
