January Special: Free Foundations with 1-Year Commitment

News Year’s is the perfect time to commit to your health and fitness, and to help you with your resolution, 21 CrossFit is offering free Foundations course ($200 value) for anyone who signs up for a one-year membership by January 31, 2015. The Foundations class will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2015, from 10:30am-1:30pm.

We might all have different gifts, skills, body types, ages, heights, weights…but we are all athletes.  You are an athlete.  We’ll make you a better one.  At 21 CrossFit, we are having fun getting in shape, staying in shape, and accomplishing new things.  Our approach to fitness is that you get what you put in.  We do CrossFit.  We run, jump, lift, push, pull, squat, row, etc…  You will push yourself as much as you want.  The small group setting is full of encouragement, camaraderie, and friendly competition.  We instruct the proper way to perform exercises, ensuring you get the most out of your efforts at the gym.  Workouts are prescribed, scaled, and coached.  Come ready to work and get in the best shape of your life.

FREE WORKOUT – February 7th

So you are thinking CrossFit may be for you, but you are not absolutely sure. Most of our athletes have discovered that the only way to really know is to take CrossFit for a test drive. Join us for one of our Saturday morning classes and give 21 CrossFit a try. We will have trainers on site to familiarize you with some of the basic exercises, and they will scale the workout according to your fitness level.
